Zusammenfassung
In his first 100 days in office, Joe Biden has shown that the US wants to take a leadership role in international climate policy. The chances are good, despite its limited domestic policy leeway. On the international stage, Biden can already present the first successes. And there is potential for transatlantic cooperation in order to make the Paris climate agreement a success.
