Zusammenfassung

There are growing concerns of a globally uneven energy transition. Due to the uneven distribution of global technology and finance flows, developing countries have been particularly vocal about the importance of access to low-carbon technology as a precondition to sustainable development and the resolution of pressing energy access challenges.
